There're 3 production lines: one is the precision casting of the stainless steel and heat-resisting steel with silicon-gel shell made of mid-temperature wax materials;one is precision casting of carbon steel and alloy steel with water-glass shell made of low-temperature wax materials;the other is the machining line. The factory can carry out the whole casting procedure in sequence from mold-designing,molding,investment casting,heat-processing,surface treating,and machining ,with annual productive capacity of different products respectively as 500 tons of stainless steel and heat-resisting steel precision casting;700 tons of alloy steel and carbon steel precision casting;50 tons of non-ferrous precision casting.
